Blaise Ingoglia, R-Spring Hill, filed the proposal (SJR 582) for consideration during the 2024 legislative session. Ingoglia, a former chairman of the state Republican Party, wants to put the proposal on the November 2024 ballot. It would need approval from 60 percent of the Senate and the House to go before voters.

Would love for there to be a semi regular show like this where you 4 link up and discuss the UK and US. As 2 diaspora grounds in the arguably 2 most powerful western nations and leads in the Anglo sphere, as diaspora groups there are some interesting similarities and differences let alone conceptual ideas of how the future will look for both populations. Internationally, US and GB are closing ranks and tightening up, should these black diasporas do the same?

Great show! I really appreciated it everyone’s analysis, especially Ahmed’s and Jared’s. Diallo made some excellent points, too, particularly on Black People’s thought processes and the tokenism of the Black Elite.

@@Mantikal At any local music store one can get a decent, brand name mic that's reasonably priced and if at the same time you pick up a small acoustic mount, which is a clamp with a curved bit of acoustic padding attached, the sound of your content goes up by at least 7 points! You won't sound tinny or so much lower than the other people you're podcasting or otherwise, um... content creating (?!) with, as long as everyone has the same, or similar, setups.

I love seeing us Black people getting our interests out to the masses. Good job. However all views are crucial to our survival in this land not just mainstream media's perspectives on our reality. Candace Owen's is a hero of ours, she challenges the status quo everyday. She's been canceled on many shows, platforms and never backs down. I had my issues with her but I grew up, got over myself and put aside my preconceived garbage and listened. Also I heard a lot of colonized/democratic messages throughout this episode and will judgements until after I hear many more. Yall are on my radar.

This was a very interesting show. Im listening to you for the first time. I am however perplexed at why you classifying yourselves as “left”. Is it that your political views are aligned more with the democrats? It’s ironic that even as you all align with them they are still making sure that news outlets like yours don’t have a legitimate voice to the point that they don’t respect your intellectual knowledge to have any nuance views on the 10 issues in the report (all democratic talking points) by calling any of it as misinformation or disinformation. I’ve done a 180 and I’m back to my conservative youth world view. Thing is for some reason the left and Democrats think that we can only be, think, and vote democrat no matter how their politics and ideology goes against our own conservative values. When are Black Americans, who have fought for and died in every war since this country’s founding not allowed full citizenship? Why are we the only ethnic group who is so indoctrinated by the Democratic Party that if one dares say they think differently is immediately labeled a traitor to our race.

You need to put your keyboard up and listen for a while it’s rather annoying that first time watchers or listeners prove they don’t listen or understand very well.. you can’t watch this video or any of the other over 500 videos on this platform and come to any remotely close evidence that any of the host are democrats and if that’s your understanding of “left” you have a lot of reading and remaining quite to engage in

@@GeecheeYaw You just proved my point with this snarky elitist response, and you wonder why regular black folk are done with the bourgeois class of blacks. The fact is I made sure to listen to the entire podcast from start to finish before giving my comments. And as I reread what I wrote I still standby them. This podcast was literally about a democrat operative who’s given a platform like NBC to literally push misinformation about black outlets who are NOT right wing at all. All the outlets the Onyx project targeted are dangerous not because they are clearly conservative black thought. As I stated in my comments they are dangerous because of their nuisance of thought within the lefts echo chamber. And that can’t happen. How ironic… I heard it mentioned by the brother in the top left frame that he was on the left. Not that he was a democrat although it’s highly likely without besmirching him and lumping him in with the far, more left, or moderate middle left, generally vote democrat. Same as the other side. Still the reason I respectfully listened in fascination to the entire podcast before responding was the sheer communist level of hypocrisy and group think the left must be under. Just like the brother in the bottom right corner manned up and admitted, based on the disinformation that was propagated on a major news network, he too wrongly assumed the brother in the bottom left corner’s news outlet had to be decimating misinformation, only to find to his credit that was BS…. It was not, but it dared to have it own independent thought even if most of them ultimately aligned with the democrat agenda.

Only question is "are you voting". If the answer is no. Great what area do you live in that is so perfect thst you dont need to participate in the process then expect results? Then ask "how do you get progress by not participating in a democracy." Then ask "what is their timeline to get results." Then your work is done. Pick a side and participate or shut the hell up. Not hard. Dont bother talking to independents, undecided, or moderates at this point. Dont catch these people up either they will only use what you just taught them against you while they brought no Information to the conversation. Most of this misinformation & disinformation is performative in basis that lead to the situation staying the same.....
