🌟🌟Imli alu Bukhara juice Ingredients🌟🌟
-Imli 150 grams
-150 alu Bukhary
-500 grams suger
-1/2 Table spoon Kala namak
-2 glass of water
-For serving
-Add ice cubes
1)Prepare the Ingredients:
-Soak 150 grams of imli and 150 grams of alu bukhara in 2 glasses of water for about 4-6 hours or overnight.
2)Blend the Mixture:
-After soaking, put the imli and alu bukhara along with the soaking water into a blender.
-Blend until you get a smooth mixture.
3)Strain the Mixture:
-Use a fine strainer to strain the blended mixture into a large bowl. This will remove the pulp and seeds, leaving you with a smooth juice.
4)Add Sugar and Salt:
-Add 500 grams of sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of kala namak to the strained juice.
-Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
5)Chill the Juice:
-Put the juice in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1-2 hours.
6)Serve:
-Pour the chilled juice into glasses.
-Add ice cubes to each glass before serving.
