Her teeth coming out is normal I think because some women do experience that during pregnancy. I remember my manager losing around four teeths during her pregnancy. The nail too unfortunately can happen to pregnant woman as well. i guess the baby really is sucking up a lot of her nutrients, hormones, etc

it’s Rosemary’s Baby from this century, i said what i said 😂. Not another Jesus- Jesus was human, so the baby breathing at the end would have sounded human. More like a new version of Rosemary's Baby (Anti-Christ).
