Start acting on that desire and just start praying for others. The more you pray for others, God will release the spirit of intercession on you. But do not wish to pray/intercede like others. Allow God to train you to be yourself as He leads you. Blessings, praying for you!

simply by praying for others you become an intercessor. there's no specific style, just be yourself and be sincere. Blessings!
