Great video! I am the author of Unattuned - Immersive Spell Failure. Great demo of the mod. The only thing I would also like to mention is that it is customizable via the MCM (I don't think I noticed you mention that). Failure on a whole and its frequency can be toggled and adjusted for the player and NPCs separately. The added gameplay loop with the two buffs can also be adjusted or disabled if desired.

You have no idea how grateful I am for your mod! Especially since everywhere it says to be careful around summoning daedra and how magic can be dangerous but it never actually backfires

Unattuned is very interesting, I really like the concept with two connected effects, a very well-developed idea. Reminds me of the Fizzle mod or whatever its name is, I haven't tried it and forgot about it. Now I really want to play with this new one, to see how it affects Battles on average. Upd. I like your videos, your view on modding with a mix of different mods is very interesting. 😯😲😍

The conjuration spell failure is even funnier when you realise, lore-wise, conjured items are pulled from the planes of oblivion, implying a whole realm of oblivion out there just FILLED with giant buckets. probably in the shivering isles.

Anyone know why the illuminated spells lightning is bugged. The illuminated hands works for health fire ice & illusion yet lightning doesn't work at all in 1st person?😅

What mod do you use for the bound sword model?

The bound sword model is the Daedric sword from "Believable Weapons". You can use the Fomod to only install the Daedric Sword variant and it'll change your Bound Sword to that model. If you know the fire effect being shown lmk because I can't find it to go with it.

I don't really see why you would want to have the possibility of failing a spell and thus making magic even more challenging than it is in vanilla... I guess I could see it being somewhat useful maybe for certain spells that are really OP to fail as a way to balance things out..?

According to the lore, spells are supposed to be very dangerous and there are a lot of ways spells can fail. I made the mod for myself mainly as I wanted something to compliment spell learning mods to make learning magic engaging and immersive.

also for roleplaying characters example - mage with no magicka so he uses scrolls etc..
