Come on! Everyone knows where Lucan Valerius keeps the golden claw! It is on the counter, right in front of your eyes. Those robbers must've been skunk-drunk they didn't immediately notice the thing they were after! LOL

And he called it an "inconsistency" with the game. Um adding a mod that does to the shop that even the NPC himself calls "a bit of a breakin" Robbers were after only one thing" Mod is unnecessary and dumb.

@@AIIEYESONME I don't think so. The mod is comical, Lucan is a comic actor and his dialogue is hillarious. A bit of inconsistency on top of that doesn't hurt. But, damn! I love the mess in the room! It is awesome! XD visually it is 10\10

Remember Lucan telling you "Strange, it looks smaller than I remembered..." when you you hand the claw over to him? Is that true? The claw is smaller? No. It is a comical line. When he says "a bit of breakin", does it have to be true? No. Lucan is obsessed with his trading business. The last thing he wants is to shoo the customers away. So, he will smooth it out by all means.

@@kinda4664 I think you guys are forgetting Lucan says: "I better get back to cleaning the store. What a mess!" Yet there is no mess in the vanilla game. Mod obviously goes overboard but is still cool.

@@redshift1 Yes, indeed! But again, who can tell Lucan is referring to the robbery? Maybe he is exagerating things and just want to clean up, or keep his sister Camila busy with tidying the store... To me the only inconsistancy the mod brings up is the "conflict" between the fact of a severe mess in the room caused by robbers as they were searching for the Golden Claw and the fact of where that very claw is. They are turning the whole store upside down while the claw is right in front of their eyes. But again, that's okay with me, as I like it to be comical like that.

The thing about the Riverwood Trader is that THERE WERE NO THIEVES that broke in. The owner was the one who lost the Dragon Claw when he took it to enter the dungeon, but lost it because of the Monsters there. He made up the story to fool his Sister.

Only a few days ago I had to wash in the frozen water outside the Nightgate Inn. I will recommend the addition of bathing facilities to the innkeepers of Skyrim 😂

I don't remember what YT video I saw it in but I'm looking for a mod that appeared to make rainwater flow down and off of rocks (and even cliffsides), or at least gave a close enough illusion to that effect. It was really cool looking and would love to add it to my mod collection. Any information (hopefully a DL link) would be appreciated! Thank you. :)

That does not exist - there’s a mod that makes little splashes of rain when they hit the ground though

I'm even more perplexed now. Because in the video I recall the rainwater was "mini-waterfalling" down the inside walls of a small cave. GAH, I wish for the life of me that I bookmarked that video now more than ever. The moment that particular effect was shone, wasn't even part of that modder's showcase list. They just unassumingly made mention of it in on-screen subtitles towards the end of their video. They were like "The rain effects on the walls are from " If you've ever played Dark Souls (Who hasn't?) In blightown, how the the walls have this "drizzling effect" This mod i'm talking about had a similar effect. @@redshift1

Wanted to correct your idea of the Riverwood trader mod that you said "fixes an inconsistency in the game." ok break in sounds like the thieves ransacked the place. Yet all someone has t o do is ask Lucan about it. Thane - What happened here? Lucan - Oh we had a bit of a break in, it's ok though, thieves were only after one thing, an ornament in the shape of a claw made of solid gold. No mention of what a mess, they were after one thing that was sitting in plane sight. That mod you showed is actually going against the lore. it was a smash and grab, that's it. Why would thieves take longer to ransake the place? That mod is dumb, and unnecessary
