I just discovered this band by accident recently and they r incredible! Very different than anything out there I've heard recently and always changing. I can relate to this man's pain and loneliness and anger and his voice always surprises me. He has great range and can be so melodic and then just hard and aggressive. I don't even know how to describe them really, no box fits and im glad. Keep doing what u do cuz you're insanely talented and I can't get enuf!

Stop comparing this song to 'Throne' from BMTH, seriously every damn new song can somehow be 'compared' to other songs as in rythm and what not. It's annoying as hell, just appreciate the song. These guys have such tremendous talent. My only critique would be that I find a lot of their songs are over-produced. My favourite tracks tend to be the acoustic pieces. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still good, just wish it was just a little more raw. Still very talented dudes.

I think it's a metaphor for emotional baggage

It's basically saying that he is carrying around this emotion with him everywhere. At some points he struggles to lift the case which shows how heavy his heart is and how down he may be. Towards the end he starts throwing other cases around suggesting that he is pushing other people away and hurting their hearts in the process.
