Tbh i think he's been pretty solid with pronunciations. When i first heard immortal in his LS days i understood him pretty well which a key reason why he's been #1 since then but others peoples hearing is different but he definitely has improved in some ways

The best part is I’m almost positive this isn’t even his fullest of capabilities. He’s done made some insane sounds back in SOTS and that’s what 5 years ago now. He’s improved so much after already being incredible. Also if no one else pointed out but the lyrics in the last breakdown make it way better once you read them. Some good ole shots fired lol

For anyone getting to know CJ now, no, he's not attacking Will, nor is he mimicking him, Lol. Listen to "Disfigurement of Existence" and "Immortal". These two albums are CJ's legacy in his two bands. He was always talented, and he improved his techniques even more. In fact, that predatory vocal is new to me.

I like cj as a vocalist, since he was in “signs of the swarm” but, he definitely been getting comfortable and starting to fuck around with those tunnel throat techniques and those gutturals are on a different than most vocalists too. Love the new band and love the new song by them, but idk if it’s me, but the mixing sounds weird? Idk if it’s cause they chose to go with 1 guitar 1 bass with no recording of any lead/rhythms parts in the song at points.
