@@josephtaylor-kennedy1420 there are endless values to being smart but I’m referring to book smarts. Book smarts is a trait not appreciated much in the world that street dudes or most battle rappers are from. Most of them have learned up to the 12th grade if even that and have never received other formal education. Tech u can tell has spent time reading so many books he’s become a very brilliant scholarly person and even tech being a street dude from Harlem, it’s actually looked down upon and frowned by others in that environment almost as a sign of u not being hard but tech carries himself in a way that exudes confidence like I’m not just a street dude but I’m highly knowledgeable as well and that’s what makes me appreciate him more. I have a college degree but tech seems to know so much about a lot of things I just find myself in awe listening to him talk and drop knowledge even with some of the toughest street guys who would otherwise say get out of here with that nerdy shit but with tech they listen. That’s why hearing him makes me want to be more educated he certainly makes it cool to ppl who would make fun of u for being that book smart or not take u seriously.

@@kermitsippintea7433 but my question needs no answer...it was rhetorical. All that other stuff I'm deeply aware of. I fully overstand being dismissed because of my intelligence respect to my day 1s!!! But then I realized how small the streets actually are 🤔 my intelligence is 10x more valuable in the bigger world. Now I'm just looking at my culture from the outside here. Just amused.

@Tommy Diaz. Agreed. Immortal Technique sounds informed, and definitely revered for his supposed "avante garde" approach to disseminating 60's Counter-Culture opinions, his Left-wing leanings, and his Anti- American Exceptionalism/ Western Imperialism views...To most young Hip Hop audiences.. .So he sounds deep. But, once you know where he borrows his information from. And you read up on the likes of Karl Marx,Jean-Paul Sartre, Noam Chomsky, Che Guevara, Frantz Fanon, Vladimir Lenin, and Thorstein Veblen etc ...To name a few ..He's a nat and small ..And rehashes, and just regurgitates leftist ideologies ..He's really basic...In the realm of real intelligentsia....

Myself and my business partners were some of the very first people to open up a legitimate dispensary here in Colorado and let me tell you there is not one big player in the game out here and I know them all. That works in legitimate marijuana as far as owning a dispensary or in the industry that is ex law-enforcement. Colorado is the staple of legalization of marijuana we started this shit, we change the game and I don’t know one person who is X law enforcement. That’s complete bs. Not only that, nobody in this business that I’ve ever heard of has gotten shaken down by anybody he’s fucking talking out of his ass and if you want to sit there and say that I don’t know what I’m talking about check my background. Immortal Technique is wide awake. Excellent video... My father worked all over South America in the 80's and said there were US Government officials and paramilitary working with the drug cartels in every country he worked in. In 1999, I was in the US Navy and was part of the 30th Annual Unitas mission wherein we circumnavigated South America and played war games while doing humanitarian missions. I was on the Admiral's staff and privy to conversations that changed my life. At the end of the six month operation, I realized our military served a much different purpose than what we have been programmed for generations to believe. This started my seeking of the truth and what a wild ride it has been... I worked at the University of Alaska Anchorage in the early 2000's. The Alaskan National Guard were removed from their duties in Alaska and shipped to Afghanistan. One young man who was taking art classes as trauma therapy had been blown up with his unit in a Hummer. He was the only survivor. We got to know one another and one day he told me his unit guarded poppy fields. He said when the media showed a pile of poppies being burnt for their propaganda and that if the cameraman would have panned around, it would have shown acres of poppies with mostly US National Guardsmen patrolling. He broke down in tears and said our military is an extension of the cartel that runs the so-called country. He said his friends died and he is crippled for life for a lie. It is sad so few haven't woken to the fact that our de jure republican form of government was replaced by the de fact bipartisan divide and conquer democracy political system, fiat banking and other Color of Law schemes of the men and women of the legalese banking society. Peace Officers were replaced by Policy Enforcers, Courts were replaced by extensions of the Private Banks, etc. Wakey Wakey

My man still dropping knowledge on folks 20+ years strong. I haven't listened to DWTD in years and have no plans to as I no longer need that kind of energy in my life (I no longer watch gore or mutilation videos for the same reason: it doesn't bring the shock and "excitement" it did when you were 13 - it just makes you sad - and I have a million better things to nowadays with my time than spend 7 minutes listening to an in-depth story about accidental familial rape and suicide) but the song's a classic and we are better off by having this man in our community. Plus he brought us Diabolic who is also a national treasure.

Ain’t no way they would allow him to be a formal leader. He’d have to “clean up” and aint no way he’s changing his radical stances. They’ll slander him. The uninitiated will believe the slander. Worse case scenario, another MLK, JFK, ITK [x]

I think he made great points I think things in a lot of aspects are already so down the road that humanitarianism where he’s at has to be brought back but also it’s now the race between spirituality/humanitarianism and tech/cyborg evolution. Or as Ray Kurzweil would call it the age of spiritual machines on one end and the awakening of God consciousness on the other end . The latter starts with the individual more than how things appear to be and the forces that appear to be IMO . But Immortal is in the field gone around the world is authentic and front line so his courage and boldness goes beyond ideology. Salute!

Fiction can share many of these educational concepts as well. Octavia Butler and classic Orwell are books that are really about systems and philosophy, using fiction to display these ideas. Robert Ludlum talks about the security State and the systems that go into that. Of course, read books that focus on gaining expertise but sometimes it's good to have fun learning these concepts through creative writing.

So many people would benefit from realising were just hairless monkeys, I myself only truly realised it last year when I was on mushrooms I depersonalised and was watching what my body was doing without controlling it at first I was scared of what my body might do but I slowly realised I was pretty much doing what I would normally do if I had no stimuli and then I realised how much of me was me and how much was the monkey I inhabit, Great changes come after this realisation.
