External stress has a profound impact on our physical health.
These days, it’s easy to be constantly stressed, anxious, and impacted by other people’s negative energy.
And when we get stressed (and stay stressed)...
Our bodies suffer.
This is a big reason why people who are constantly stressed get sick more often. And they not only get sick more often, but they stay sick longer.
Traditional Chinese Medicine invites us to heal our minds and bodies from a holistic perspective. It guides us to cultivate positive Qi (life-force energy) to help protect ourselves from negative outside energy.
In this 10-minute video, Qi Gong Master Lee Holden gives you a crash course on how the immune system works based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.
You’ll also learn…
- The #1 acupressure point for strengthening your immune system…
- The four essential foundations to help build a strong immune system (You might be surprised by the last foundation Lee shares.)
- What “Wei Qi” is, what type of energy it is, and how it works inside your body
- Exactly what happens to our body when we’re constantly stressed.
- The hidden key to boosting the immune system. (Hint: it’s such a simple solution you’ll want to call your friends and family right away.)
- The percentage of primary doctor visits that are stress-related. (It’s a number we all should know so we don’t become a part of the statistic.)
- The two energy systems that are are vitally important to help build a strong immune system. If you only focus on one energy system or the other, you’re severely limiting your chances of boosting your immune system
Want to learn even more about how to cultivate a strong immune system based on Traditional Chinese Medicine?
Join Lee Holden for the Qi Gong for a Strong Immune System Workshop.
In the workshop, how to cultivate “Wei Qi” (defensive life force energy) to protect against negative outside energy.
You’ll also learn the same Qi Gong movements, exercises, acupressure points, and Healing Sounds Lee used to help keep his energy high while he recovered from COVID-19.

Lee Holden - you should get in contact with Gregg Krech from the ToDo Institute in Vermont. What he teaches, is the mind-part of what you teach in Qigong:-) Both of you are great teachers! Thank you very much for this video.

Thank you Lee...so glad to see you have recovered. Unfortunately I have long covid a year after being sick. As an opera singer my breathing and your routines saved me. Just wish I could shift the ongoing symptoms. I realise I need to let go of stress and negative thoughts but very hard when I can only do half of what I used to and keep crashing. Blessings x

@@HoldenQiGong Thanks Lee. I have been working through rheumatoid Arthritis for 20 years now. My Rheumatologist encourages mild exercise and physical activities. I have been doing a bit of yoga and chigong and my body loves most of it. I was asking because every motion has a specific meaning and I don't want to enhance the wrong energy

So, nothing against this channel. However, in general, I think it's way past time that bureaucratic stress be SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. No more "It's how 'you respond' to the stress". No, it's the stress itself. It's the normalization of stress and oppression. It's the expecation that you're not "normal" when it truly it the "system" that's abusive. Anything else often comes across as victim blaming.
