Dr Xu at the University of Michigan has already demonstrated in 2019 that histotripsy can apply focused ultrasound to treat a tumor and induce an adaptive immune response in T cells via DAMP and PAMP and convert the malignant tumor into a de facto vaccine. Abscopal effect too on any metastasis thereby obviating surgery, chemo, or radiation. Rockerfeller medicine is done. Dr. Xu must win the Nobel Prize in Medicine for her pioneering research in histotripsy! The cancer problem is solved! 😳

Amazing content! Thank you for your rich contributions to science communication. I have a bit of a technical question. Theoretically, if a person eliminates all mutagenic factors, will the stages of oncogenesis eventually reverse or reset? Ex: Cervical cancer takes 10-20 years of “precancerous” conditions before true cancerous proliferation occurs. Let's say that, after ~15 years of continuous exposure to mutagens, a person completely eliminates all exposure to mutagens and lives a generally healthy life for 10 years. If, after that, they expose themselves to the same mutagens, will they develop cancer within ~5 years, or 10, or 20? When/how, if at all, does the “precancerous clock” effectively reset to 0?

For individual cells, it will never reset to zero. Mutations may occur in every cell devision, even without any mutagens. Mutagens just enhance the rate of mutations occuring. But it is possible that cells for which the “precancerous clock” was already ticking, get cleared by the immune system or through apoptosis. And this clearing can be supported by fasting and exercise.

The cancer problem has already been solved with naturopathy: CBD oil. No surgery, no chemo, no radiation. Rockerfeller medicine is done. 😳

If cancers takes “decades to develop” then explain pediatric oncology treating two year olds with malignant tumors? That evidences de facto parental child abuse.
