You miss the foreshadowing of inosuke saying the train is a living thing and it got more emphasize when he's dreaming about the train and when Enmu finally integrated his body in to the train it became the devil itself.

Demon Slayer is right up there with my favorite anime of all time. I REALLY hope they keep the show running for as long as possible, because it definitely has the potential to be right up there with Bleach as one of the best animes of all time.

Here’s a fact about the Tengen fight that I did not see When Gyutaro tried to stab Tanjiro Tengen deflected the attack with his LEFT hand and for the remainder of the fight Gyutaro only attacked Tengens left side, gouging out his left eye and cutting off his left hand Which I would also like to say that Gyutaro is actually very strong on the battlefield not as in brute strength but strong as in he can understand his surroundings and easily figure out what is opponents weaknesses are, like in the Tengen fight at that first attack he realize that Tengen was left-handed and was dominant on his left side

Here are a couple of other Easter eggs in demon slayer. Look at Tangero's warding mask in season 1. At top of the mask on the same side as his scar is the picture of the sun. This was the same place as his demon slayer mark, plus Tangero ends up doing sun breathing. The warding mask tells us what he is going to become. Also did you know that the voice actor of Lady Tamayo, also did the voice of Ceil Phantomhive in the Black Butler. Both characters were human but became demons and both characters involved with a demon prior to turning. With Tamayo it was Lord Muzon, and for Ceil it was Sebastian, Claude and Hannah. Mind you a lot of people don't consider season 2 as cannon. I wouldn't be to surprised if the voice actor Sebastian does one of the voices of the upper moons that we are yet to see. Like upper moon 1, that'll be up his ally.

I think it goes back to the moment when they were facing the spider demons that the one controlling other Demon Slayer ruthlessly killed them all and Tanjiro got so angry that Inosuke was shake. After that, he didn't mess with him as often and was one of the few people he really listens to. It can also be noted that Tanjiro is the only person whoever made him feel important, especially those moments when he would get a fuzzy feeling. Inosuke sees Tanjiro as a source of comfort when he feels overwhelmed, similar to that of a younger sibling. While he knows Tanjiro is more patient with his behavior and doesn't fall for his provocations, he knows exactly how frightening Tanjiro is when pushed past the edge
