Sir mai 10000 ka sip 5 Year chala kar small cap se agar 10 Se 15 lakh ho jata hai to onetime kar sakte hai aur ek extra 10 hajar ka ghar ke liye sip 5 Year ke liye karna hai baki onetime karna hai

Cost of living increasing 10 times every 20yrs for the working class in India This means if per month house expense is Rs40,000 in 2023 for the average middle class population, it might go upto Rs4lacs per month in 2043 to be an average middle class family in 2043 Monetary inflation causing 4 times increase in cost of living in 20yrs. Rest is caused by Lifestyle inflation Salary increment every 3yrs adjusts to monetary inflation and Promotion in Job every 5yrs adjusts to Lifestyle Inflation during one's career Investment during one's career to start pension from the age of 50-55yrs till Death must keep in mind the above factors while calculating pension amount

NAV = Total value - liabilities(expense ratio) / total units. So NAV of direct fund is more because expense is less, so more benefit for user. Go for direct fund

Really nice to know it! But still keep on investing or building side income streams. It's not to scare you but to introduce you to the reality, you may like your job now..can't be 100% sure whether job management/leaders will always like you due to any reason(any links/favoritism towards others, you charging them high or any other reasons)...or will you be able to contribute in same manner as today when family responsibilities also grow. Also, we can't be sure, if God forbid, there's any mishap with the person or any covid like situation, so to cater all such scenarios, even if you like your job or are top performer today, one should always strive to build portfolios/side income streams to be onwer of your time n mind. Keep working, keep growing!
