As inflation rises - the value of money declines. - purchasing power declines. - savings declines. - same amount of money buys fewer goods. The government of india gives 5 years of target to RBI ( Inflation) minimum 2%( lower tolerance level), maximum 6% (upper tolerance level) ,4% is the limit plus minus 2/6% 2%----4%----6% Not less than 2% and not more than 6% . As we know that the Increasing prices are surely effecting our lifestyle. and especially the things of our daily needs are more effected with inflation. so in my opinion only way to overcome from this situation is financial Management. also everyone have to know to difference between their 'need' and their 'want' and spend accordingly.

The way to avoid inflation is to control unnecessary expenses and spend only where necessary. Or invest in such places which are beneficial like VC, LIC etc.

Assalamualaikum: I'm from Pakistan; These session is very informative for all the students. Sir, inflation have large impact on our lives because we can't take admission in good universities. Sir, tell me what steps we take to minimize the inflation.

Inflation has been rising since COVID period and now wars among countries added fuel to the fire, Impacting products which are used in our daily life like toothpaste, soap, oil even food products like biscuits which used to come with double line now comes with single line in same price. So not letting inflation affect one's daily life severely one has to spend less on unnecessary things and does more investments.

When i earn and the inflation increases i will stop my unnecessary expenses and Do not waste things on which the Inflation is high. I will do some experement like when sugar price is high i can use jaggery that it does not effect to health. 😊

For example- if prices of a particular thing is increases then we should stop buying that thing or should decrease the buyer rate so that the rate of the particular thing will not increase further. When i start earn i will save money through purchasing gold because the value of rupee may fall down but not of gold or any other this type of metal 😊

inflation in price of daily essential items are increasing rapidly sometimes in control but many times it is uncontrollable due to natural climatic change and war as mentioned in passage we control our inflation by only purchase essential items and we get a higher salary job then that product is automatically get . inflation reduces the purchasing power it is introduced because people were storing money/value which leads to unfair economic practices. the main of the inflation is to keep rotating the money, so instead of saving people spend or invest the money. To fight with inflation and keep savings we can do FD or invest our money in businesses, real estate, Gold etc. or simply spend it and enjoy. we should distribute our money wisely in liquid and illiquid forms accourding to our savings and needs.

Inflation is the main concern now a days.Inflation is increasing day by day and touching new records. I have observed inflation while buying food and domestic items. I personally observe that in one year the price of curd packet has increased by 11 rupee that is about 33%,price of Poha packet increase by 7 rupees that is 25%,price of 500ml milk by 3 rupee that is about 5% and many more things. Inflation increases because low suppy and high demand. Low supply is caused by crop failure due to weather or drought High demand because of our increasing population. Government should take action on inflation otherwise it can lead to many other problems.

Inflation is natural and we have to admit that it is a part of our life.. now a days almost all the time our parents are complaining about price rises..and it effect the hole household mentally too... In future we cant expect that this problem will be solved entirely by our government because it is not possible...but we can contribute to it like we can make small garden in our houses and in that we can grow Vegetables like coriander lemon , mint, chilli, pumpkins, brinjels,its help a lot because my father used to do it , because it not only give you pleasure of growing your own vegetables but also its healthy.. Other than that now a days children even adults are consuming unhealthy food like soda, chips we can exclude those things for saving.. We spend a lot of money in functions and in weddings Which is not essential we can rethink about this expenses because its not eco-friendly too..

As I belong to a middle class family ,inflation hits so hard on my family. We have to compromise a lot for the stuff that are highly valuable. In future I'll always focus on the financial management and being an up to date to the data regarding the inflation causes and will try to overcome this problem.

In my opinion inflation and earnings is directly proportional to each other. If we see the ground level workers rate is also increasing with inflation. In that case the rasio will maintain.

Inflation in a certain level is helpful for a country's economy Bt now a days especially if we talk about Inflation rate in our country is crossing tolerance threshold limit set by RBI which causes irreparable harm in the pockets of middle class , lower middle class and especially for those who are below proverty line In near future it may increases more as per the surveys shows So if we want to control our expenses we need to cut down some goods from our daily list which are not that essential for us 😊

As said in passage , vegetable is the main culprit, at this time the only thing that clicked in my mind was th price of tomato . In my house father stopped buying them saying that , when no one will buy price will automatically fall, and i guess this is some how right.

If we are totally dependent on external parties for foods and beverages, then when inflation hit it really gonna affect us and gonna decrease our purchasing power. But if we grow not all but some of these goods then it definately ease our financial game and also we can sell too.

steps to tackle the inflation:- Instead of keeping our savings in FDs we can invest in govt bonds which provides higher interest rates. Create a source of passive income which can provide an assurance that even if our active source of income will stop for some period then the passive income can cover manage them. can invest in index fund as well. For example, if we invest Rs.10000 p.a for 10 yrs then there's a possiblity that it might turn into 1cr corpus in future.

As of now, inflation is affecting our lifestyle in a serious manner. Due to the increase in the prices of goods, the middle class families have to minimise their consumption in comparison to earlier. The loans they are getting are at higher interest rates. They have to delay all their future plans. To deal with this situation effectively, one have to revise his financial plans and should have a better investing strategy.

When i talk about Inflation in our country and its effect on my pocket, let’s say moderate or slightly extreme, but when compared to other nations and geo-political situations, crisis from which the world is suffering now is worthy for uptick in prices. GOI policies are working but we have to go a long way. As they say “Where is a lee-way ,there is a way.

We can tackle inflation in our lives by managing our spending, differentiate between need and want and also try to save and invest money as much as possible.

Inflation badly hits lower middle class and lower class. As I come of a lower middle class, during inflation we have to cut our expenditure in most of the things. We don't buy any things if it's not necessarily required. Most of these happen bcz we don't have good income and savings too. To beat inflation we have to invest our money in splitting form and it majorly depend on various factors like if you have lets say 1-2 Cr. so the best investment now a days is in Property but it can't be done by middleclass person . Next option is Gold but its also can't afford by middleclass person . So only solution left is Mutual Fund , or FD , RD but these source are unable to beat inflation but it minimize it at some extent . But in Mutual Fund if an individual grabs some knowledge in that field it have a chance to earn a handsome amount .
