My hobby is repairing battery powered tools and I have had the best experience with Milwaukee because it has the best batteries. Why the best batteries? Because they can be reset, i.e. they have the best electronics and an intelligent charger. That means, if a cell or a pair of cells is faulty and when I replace them, I don't have to change the BMS. Out of more than twenty repaired Milwaukee batteries, today I found only one that had broken electronics! That's why Milwaukee is the best brand for me!

Eureka! I repaired my impact wrench today. The error was in the brown main switch. To make it even more fun, I found the machine and the spare part in the trash. Maybe my experience will help someone who has similar problems? Greetings from Switzerland

@Repair&Restoration piece of advice for you, in a case that has this kind casted in the epoxy pcb, put it into the plastic box and few milliliter of acetone on it and let it be couple days there. It solves that epoxy away.

Brushless Motor Tools are a real pain to repair, in most cases you need to change the driver circuit electronics top make the machine work again..

Сложным путем пошел. Понятно что не работала кнопка. В итоге поменял статор с платой. И заодно почистил редуктор. Но смазку туда надо много набивать. Я разбирал с завода, они нормально набиты смазкой.

Maybe the problem was from the trigger or Mainboard Milwaukee's Trigger on some Models are had the problem Like 2853-20

@@augustfarum he took a pic of the secondary unity that he got his internal wiring from. Identifying the fonts and general size of sticker. He then ocr'd the original sticker and created an image and made sure he used the correct fonts. He then used a vinyl cutter to cut image to shape. It's a very very complicated printing process if he recreated the sticker/decal by hand. The reason why I think he printed the sticker himself is how he pealed the sticker from that 6inch by 6inch square piece of transfer paper. If the sticker had come from the manufacturer the transfer backing paper would have been the same size as the sticker. Printing of the sticker alone could be a whole separate YT video. It probably took him 2-3 hours of solid layout work. He did a great job.
