my baby had a 66 Impala 20 yrs. ago. Been a 427 and one of only four known 66 Impalas in Europe. She had to sell it and yeah, I still miss it

Gotta love the 66. I have an Artesian Tourquoise 66 but it's a conv with 427 ..... black top bl ack interior.Not the big kuhuna but 395 hp. All paper work...protecto plate....solid car. Many options.My fave in our collection. In my opinion one of Chevrolets greatest masterpieces

What a nice thing about my memorials ! My uncle has a 65 just like this and same color when i was ten . We traveled all around the kingdom of Iran 44 years ago before the dinosaurs government . Here was paradise of american v8 cars at those days.

My 1st car was that car. Same color and top. Had 396 4 speed on the floor. No air no power anything. Loved it.

man i drove a hundred thousand miles behind the wheels of a 66 in my drive way as a kid me and my best friend would act out going on a road trip same car color and cool .

One of my best high school friends had a Caprice like this. It was black on black with the 396 motor and 4 speed. It was the nicest driving car I've ever driven for ride and adequate power. I'm a mopar man but the ride of this Caprice sold me on it.

Wasn’t as great as a lot of you had, but we had a 68 Caprice Wagon that I convinced my dad to get the 327, turbo hydro and front disk brakes. It would do some neat things.

A family friend had a maroon '66 coupe back in the early '70s. My neighbor had a Bel Air sedan of the same vintage. Another family friend had a Caprice wagon. I miss cars with style, we just don't see them much anymore up North.

I LOVE you car. whoever did your car did a fantastic job, i love the that you kept the car factory and just the fact that its a 396 four speed car just makes it ten times better my dad owns a 66 as well its a convertible with the 283 and 2 speed powerglide, painted it a similar blue. im working on getting my liscens and have gotten to drive it and its a blast so i cannot begin to imagine the fun you have with your car if i can il send you some picture Nick
