The XS Max is still a solid phone to daily. If you can deal with slower data speeds, the battery if its at good health, its more than usable. An amazing display, good sound, and the cameras are functional if you don't need the best of the best.

Xs max is/was an awesome phone. Screen is beautiful, the camera is still pretty good and the size is perfect. A little bit bigger than a regular iPhone, and a little bit smaller than a promax. I still have my old xs max 256gb. keep it as a back up just in case anything happens to my current iPhone.

if you got Iphone X, you're not missing anything from latest series. For those who use their phone longer, that's so cool. However, I could never understand why, if I buy latest one, with superior hardware - I would pretty much be good with even 4 years old one

You’re right although to me 5g support is important since I need a 5g phone to have service here in Los Angeles I’m also use to 165hz on most my devices so 120is a bare minimum for my needs I can do 90 just not 60hz if the XS had 5g and 120hz pro motion I would probably have bought that instead of my 14 pro max I really wanted a 13 pro max but they cost just the same almost pricey but my needs are met

@@huskysharky9025 14 pro max is great devic (future 15 Pro Max will probably have better zoom and usb c of course) but I don't think full potential of that great hardware is used. I mean, you can do anything you could do on X. And that's such a powerful processor in 14 Pro Max and not even split screen feature with that big great display. But Apple user are fine with that, so...

Android hardware is amazing but the software will never ever be a complete ecosystem like iOS, that’s because there is so many android makes that it’s all over the place. Meanwhile my older iPhone 6s, iPhone 8 Plus, and my current iPhone XS Max can all be used as if they were the same phone, I will always use iOS only, but I will never ever buy brand new iPhone, I think buying older models for much less is the smart way to go.
