Information is good but please improve the presentation. Get additional mics for the presentations also. More than an engineer Mr velusamy is a good presenter, explains beautifully from a common man perspective. Experience Centres like this is a strategic and welcome move by Mahindra.It would provide an immersive experience of the automobile brand to it's customers.Moreover,it enables an enriching brand interaction that prioritizes visitor engagement and familiarisation with the product over pure sales.Ather has similar Experience Centres in major cities. Customers need experience centres and engineers of this kind rather than showrooms and sales guys.Kudos to team Mahindra for coming up with an excellent vehicle and thanks to Motor Vikatan.
