Human creation in quran Surah Al-Mumenoon, Verse 12: وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ مِن سُلَالَةٍ مِّن طِينٍ We have created man from an extract of clay. Surah Al-Mumenoon, Verse 13: ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَاهُ نُطْفَةً فِي قَرَارٍ مَّكِينٍ Then We made him a sperm-drop in a firm resting place Surah Al-Mumenoon, Verse 14: ثُمَّ خَلَقْنَا النُّطْفَةَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْعَلَقَةَ مُضْغَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْمُضْغَةَ عِظَامًا فَكَسَوْنَا الْعِظَامَ لَحْمًا ثُمَّ أَنشَأْنَاهُ خَلْقًا آخَرَ فَتَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ Then We turned the sperm-drop into a clot, then We turned the clot into a fetus lump, then We turned the fetus lump into bones and We clothed the bones with flesh; thereafter We developed it into another creature. So , glorious is Allah, the Best of the Creators.

The tissues form together rather than one after another. Through endochondral ossification most bones form initially as cartilage precursors with the other tissues and become ossified later.

Hi doctor. I want to ask you some thing. I am never late on my periods before marriage and after marriage. I have 28 days cycle. Its my 6th month of marriage. Now I am 6 days late on my periods. On 19dpo I have light brown spots just 2 spots. Urine hcg is negative beta hcg is negative. My doctor told me to wait for one week more. Are the cells of the syncytiotrophablast derived from the blastocyst or the endometrium or stroma?

From the blastocyst. The outer cells become the trophoblast, the cells merge losing their plasma membranes and form the syncytiotrophoblast. This will form the embryonic side of the placenta. Maternal cells will form the other side.

Syncytiotrophoblast and cytotrophoblast are two layers of trophoblast. Trophoblast is a part of blastocyst or blastula. So obviously the cells of Syncytiotrophoblast are derived from blastocyst

In arabic langguage, the word "we" doesn't always mean plural. The word "we" can be used for appreciating someone's own self. Please check in the history, no one of arabic people (including arabic people who didn't believe in Muhammad and Quran) debating the word "we" when Muhammad introducing Quran 1400 years ago because they understand the true meaning of the word "we" in the Quran, to appreciate God's own self. The word "we" can also means the God's universal omnipotence. There is only one God , while His creatures ultimately numerous. But God's universal omnipotence encompassing all of his numerous creatures. So that the only one God acts as thou more numerous objects than God's creatures.

In Quran, God is one and the only one. Here is some of Quran verse : مَا ٱتَّخَذَ ٱللَّهُ مِن وَلَدٖ وَمَا كَانَ مَعَهُۥ مِنۡ إِلَٰهٍۚ إِذٗا لَّذَهَبَ كُلُّ إِلَٰهِۭ بِمَا خَلَقَ وَلَعَلَا بَعۡضُهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضٖۚ سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ (Sahih International) Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! -Sura Al-Mu'minun, Quran chapter 23, verse 91 قُلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ Say (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)): "He is Allah, (the) One. ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ God the eternal. لَمۡ يَلِدۡ وَلَمۡ يُولَدۡ He neither begets nor is born, وَلَمۡ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدُۢ And there is none like unto Him. -Sura Al-Ikhlas, Quran chapter 112 Wallahu a'lam Thanks
