Few things i consider apt of this content e.g what liquor and sex do to with a person's life and what perceptions are there of these in our society,west way of living and the state of people here. I think he might know what meditation i.e way of being in the moment,is but the meaning and sign of it which are stated by him are inapt and irrelevant. Meditation doesn't stop the mind. It i e training of mind, makes it detached with craving or wailing of one's thoughts so that mind can remain aware of the moment in hand. Stopping of mind takes place only when one is no longer alive unless one has lost cognitive or electro magnetic generation capacity. Meditation brings holding of the mind with the present moment so that a person can meditate and become a meditator through this mind training. Few other things are also there which were inapt e.g mythological link (i.e imagined/created/with no admissible evidence or proof) with the existing factual things i.e body or senses but he seems me to be a good person to have a guidance of in one's life to become what he is considered and watched for here. These were my views for this content which means, ur could be same or similar or smwhat distinct. I only watch his videos so as to get something new out of his content for my preparation so would do in future since he's ones of those whose most of thoughts,i deem just, apt and thus admissible.
