For local cars: (1) Original Number Plate (2) Registration Book with token paid up to date. (3) Smart card. (4) Current Owner CNIC. (5) Invoice. (6) Previous Transfer Receipt. (7) Previous owner CNIC. (8) Previous registration book/card. Things to check: (1) CNIC name and expiry. (2) Number Plate Number should match with number on registration book. (3) Invoice with 2 sales certificate. Name on invoice should match with CNIC.
