Add onions to your food and have fried liver with gravy and onions, that helps when you are anemic. Luby’s used to make good liver with the fixings. I used to have it once a week, but only half the order. It helped with my Red blood count. Happy eating.

Don’t trust biopsy had one said no cancer but x-ray showed growth. Had surgery had thyroid cancer. Had thyroid out then radiation now good cancer free for 9 yrs. Keep the faith praying for you.
