Kon wo bacha h jo bol rha ki 3 act ko s.c challenge kiya jayega..... Are Bhai ye bill home minister ne apne table per beth ke nhi bnaye na kbi bna skate the.... Desh ke sabi highcourt sc le judges aur top law university or unke famous professor sbi law researchers ko law minister ko letter likh ke sbka opinion liya gya saal bhar se prepared kiya gya.... Or bi bahut tyari tb jake pass hua hai.........
