Dr Imtiaz Hussain is a Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon. After graduating from Nishtar Medical University, Pakistan, he visited Australia for Australian Medical Council exam. He completed his FCPS degree which is the highest degree in Pakistan in the field of General Surgery. During his postgraduate residency program, he had also trained himself in the field of Urology, Plastic Surgery, Paediatric Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery.
Since 2012, he, as a volunteer, is working as an instructor for the Basic Life Support (BLS) Program in Fatima Jinnah Medical University Lahore, Pakistan. In this course, he is the Master Trainer and teaches CPR and other lifesaving techniques to Doctors , Medical Students, N
Since 2015, he is working as a Clinical Exam Coordinator for the examination of FCPS part 2 ( Clinical Exam) by College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP).
He has also served as an in-charge of Temporary Hospital setup by Government of Pakistan in PC Hotel Lahore for Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches and also for the matches against the Zimbabwe cricket team.

me fistula se 2 sal se pareshan tha to mere local ke dr ne drainage of pus kiya tha uske 2 month bad fir se a gaya tha to dr ne MRI ka bole usme mujhe 64mm fistula nikla sath me 12-1 o'clock internal opening mera fistula ka shape U type ka tha or me chahta tha ki laser surgery krwau to me apne area ke bhut bade dr se consult kiya to unhone mujhe open surgery ka bola to me itna jyada dar gaya ki mene unse jyada bat bhi nhi ki or waha se bhag gaya tha 2-4 din me dusre dr se consult kiya to mene unse sabse pahle bola ki ap mera laser treatment do to unhone ha bola par mujhe laser surgery hui h fir v 12 week ho gaye par minor wound h or wo heal nhi ho rha kai bar dr se bola hu bas wo kahte h wait kro allah ka karam h no pain no pus discharge no irritation no no sits bath no dressing no Fistula in ano complex TS 1. SA👇🏻 2. there was collection at 11 o'clock with EO at 2 o'clock. 3. drainage of pus with internal fistulotomy done . curettage of track done. 4. draining seton kept. 5. procedure uneventful. 12 week ho gaye h to mera wound heal kab hoga minor pain hota h life to meri pahle jese wapas a gayi h par wound heal nhi ho rha rice (chawal ) ke barabar wound

Hum apki takleef samajh sakty hain yeh fistula bemari hi aisi hai keh baar baar ho.jati hai iskliay sabar say kaam lena parta hai. InshaAllah you will get well soon. Kehty hain agar kisi surgeon ko tang karna ho to unko fistula ka patient day do. Fistula baar hota hai aur surgeon ki repute bhi kharab hoti hai. Iska matlab yeh bhi nahin keh iska ilaaj hi na karwaein. Agar ilaaj nahin kareaein gy to yeh barhta jata hai aur multiple tracts bnata jata hai. You should remain in contact with your operating surgeon. Is operarion kay baad apny surgeon say rabtay mein rahna boht zruri hai.. Unko pata hai konsa operation kia hai, kis trah operation kia hai Aur agay iska ilaaj kaisy chalay ga? Operation kay baad kisi aur surgeon say rabta karein gy to confuse rahein gy. Perianal surgery ki fee Pakistani government aur private hospitals mein mukhtalif ho sakti hai. Aam tor par: 1. **Government Hospital:** - Government hospitals mein surgery ka kharcha kam hota hai. Zyada tar operations government support ya subsidies ki wajah se free ya nominal fee per hotay hain. Lekin patient ko zaroori tests aur medicines ka kharcha khud uthana par sakta hai. 2. **Private Hospital:** - Private hospitals mein fees zyada hoti hain aur mukhtalif hospitals aur surgeons ki fees mein bhi farq ho sakta hai. Perianal surgery ke liye private hospitals mein aam tor par fee 50,000 PKR se 200,000 PKR ya us se bhi zyada ho sakti hai, depending on the complexity of the case and the reputation of the surgeon and hospital. Hum nay specifically english aur urdu mein hath jorr kar request ki hai keh sirf messages karein ya audio bhejein magar phr bhi boht saray log baghair time ko dekhy even raat 2 ya 4 bajay bhi call kar kay advice lena chahty hain. Apko bhi pata hai har kisi ki personal life bhi hai aur har koi neend aur rest bhi karta hai. Messages aur audio kisi bhi waqt kar sakty hain. Yeh sari videos general public kliay hain but agar phr bhi hum say baat karna chahein ya mashwra lena chahein to clinic ki appointment mil sakti hai even online consultation bhi mil sakti hai. Umeed hai apko situation ka idea hua ho ga.
