Pressure cooker is the secret to a very soft beans,no matter how hard the beans is it's going to get soft,I had the same experience with beans not until I got myself a pressure cooker that was when I was happy about cooking beans.😅

You can do ship or air cargo for the palm oil esp for big family that will need big quantity.

When you start boiling the beans don't add salt at first. Add salt after the beans is cooked. Also, add bicarbonate of soda or baking soda and it'll soften the beans. That's how we cook beans in Ghana.

I always parboil my beans and add salt after but I will try the baking soda method thanks babes ✨

Get pressure cooker. Your beans should be properly cooked within 12-15 mins maximum.

Thank you ✨ I will say ground a medium size quantity just so you can use for a while then majority of the egusi don’t ground. You can storage both of them in the fridge.

Honestly I don’t see the need of traveling with those kind of appliances you can easily get them here for cheap rate on Facebook market, eBay…

What I mean is any product that has chicken drawing or chicken written on it, will be removed if found in your luggage so it’s best to repack if possible so the label isn’t seen
