Sister you did a lot of work.I do this much easier way. Cut neckline. Join shoulders. Use bias tape in whole neckline with fold at start for neatness, turn it and and stitch on crease. Job done

Nahi kam nahi hota hai....jitna aap cut karoge usse half inch jyada bada hota hai jaise agar aapne 2.5 inch pe cut kiya h toh ready neck 2.75 ya 3 inch ka banega
