I think I found it.... At the bottom there is an Add Folder icon, I selected this and directed it to my Logic bounces. Not the files are seen in Ableton. Thanks again

Have you made a video explaining how to set up Ableton so that I can click on one horizontal groupings of clips--basically triggering multiple tracks of drums, bass etc, for say, the intro, AND also then allowing me to click on the next [lower] horizontal groupings of multiple clips,...say the first verse (with all its parts, bass, drums, etc. each as its own clip)...but not having it play UNTIL the INTRO has completed its full clips? Thanks for the rapid reply....unusual in the modern digisphere, and impressive! I did try clicking the upper left triangle--it did open a series of .agr files; it did not open any of my logic files, nor can I see any way of asking it to go looking into other locations...such as Logic/bounces...etc. Instead I clicked on the Ableton cell, then CREATE at top and then select IMPORT Audio, and then I instruct it to go and find the specific folder in Logic. This worked, but I like the way you did it better. Any addiction specifics you can offer? Thanks

My apologies for the late reply on this: With the audio sample imported into Live check the Sample Display of the Sample Editor. Check BPM, Warp Mode, and Start & End Point to figure the exact length. Such will help define and fix the sound of your imported sample. If that does not work PM me and will gladly figure out what is going wrong and fix it.

Cannot argue with you on that comment, but i always like to err on the side of caution giving a plethora of details so all can understand this process.

Hi Adam, I was wondering is it possible if a producer finishes a song sketch on logic, but then since he doesnt professionally mix or master the song, he wants to give the sketch of the beat on logic to ableton using engineer who does both mixing and mastering on ableton using different plugins. I would enormously appreciate if you could let me know of any possible way to make that happen. I also personally have a LOT of songs and sketches programmed on logic, and i am currently at the moment trying to move from logic to ableton, so I am finding a way if there is any possible way to perfectly transfer the logic file(all the details of inputs and patterns added) to ableton and program it from there. I would really appreciate if you could let me know of a possible way of doing it. Thank you and I hope to hear back from you soon!

Thanks for this! Like you said. "Make music quicker"... I started to make music again after a hiatus of 18 years. In the past I could hve made music without thinking too much like an engineer. Now I have to be like a "mini sound engineer" to record something. It ruins the creativity flow imo.

I wonder why I'm getting a different tempo once i import. Thank you
