This, coupled with the 18+ publishing requirement, is what makes me believe Roblox will stay on top of the User-Generated Experience scene.

For now Roblox will probably stay on top but give creative 2.0 a few months for it to get better and let people learn how to use UEFN and it'll definitely start to potentially over take Roblox. People may be upset about not being able to use other games assets but once they realize they can still make spin off games like Roblox map makers do it'll definitely improve

Copyright infringement is an actual crime that can get you sentenced to 5 years in jail.. I'd rather support developers with their own stuff than them copy and pasting other people their IP.

You'll probably not get banned just for adding it to a map. They'll probably only ban you if you try and publish it

You can still import copyright free models, which there is a large selection of.

@@henryonyt110 no. They said that they will only ban if you have had ignored multiple warnings over a certain period of time. U can have the stuff on ur map if u have never published it. Once u publish it it has to leave.

For the textures : i think you just need to plug the object (klombo) uv coordinates to the world position offset (not sure but u need the uv's)

I’m amazed that 2.0 is out. I don’t play Fortnite as much. I used to play creative a lot with my friends, I would’ve loved this if it was released earlier.

I don't understand why they can't allow copyrighted things to be posted. Considering games like little big planet do it all the time, there's even copyrighted music. I think it's a little crazy maybe I just don't get it fully.

I have a question. I have been making maps since season 7 chapter 1 and i still do, but i never got a creator code. in your creative 2.0 video you said you have to be 18 without 1,000 followers and i met those requirements. I went to where you submit for a creator code but the 2fA section says disabled. I have it on and have gifting so.... is there a new place i go to submit or am i just doing it wrong?

They'll only ban you if you keep breaking the rules or actually try and publish it. You can still make it but you're not allowed to publish it

You are allowed to use anything that is public domain on your maps. For example Winnie the Pooh is public domain Most open domain things are going to be based off old movies or books.

I imported a genshin impact character as a test and it worked perfectly! Unfortunately whoever made the model for that character didn't add a skeleton so I can't animate it.

I feel phased out, I publish maps off of console and evrr since 2.0 came out, and I'm down 5000 playes on 1 map (I have 10 that are completely dead) I used to have 6000 players a week and now I only have 5-10 players at a time. For us, console creators 2.0 wasn't a good thing. It was the end of it all. I guess for now, i just have to wait until they figure out that they should've waited till everyone could use it. They've really just killed every single one of my maps.
