Impossible Climb Arette returned back with a massive Hill Climb show at the heart of Pyrenees in Southwestern France, 21 August 2022.
The 38-year-old event, since 1984, challenges to the riders with its 230m climb with an elevation that varies from 70 to 82% at its steepest point. For all these years very few had the chance to see the top on their motorcycles and often, years past without no one being able to make it. We first filmed it in 2019 and in that edition, no one made it to the top. The event got cancelled both in 2020 and 2021 due to global pandemic.
Challenging to a hill this steep requires creating the purest dirt predators with ideas that are look like out of since-fiction movies. More than 60 riders hit the hill for four times throughout the day and only one made it to the top, Yohan Peltier - KTM 1190.
We tried our best to reduce the content we filmed by carefully picking only the best and we hope you enjoy it.

These guys are AWESOME, they're ALL GOOD , they could get better but it's very hard to practice for hills, they change every year, and every year the hill changes, and the hill even changes during the event , so every time you get on the bike it's all different every time. Yeah there can be only one winner , just riding a 100 to 250 hp bike up a hill takes a lot of skill and strength and balls ,that makes them ALL WINNERS ,too this old dirt bike rider Baja California 1999 7days 1550 miles my longest ride

In 2013 I rode my ST Honda 1100 13K all around the entire USA on a mission to 'bag' all 50 states....and did. (I'd already visited Alaska and Hawaii) In 2008, rode my bike 400 miles down Baja to visit some friends at Bahia de LA. Now at 81, toying with giving up riding....but then, there's that cute little redhead in TX, and can't readily identify it, but redheads just do something to me!
