Mark's storytelling is pure gold, and Jimmy and Hazel telling everyone to cut everything in half then confirming his stories are just to funny, i watched this 3 or 4 times now and it is just as funny as the first time, i wish there was more of it.

Phenomenal stuff. The thing I take from all of this is that the people who get to do the things they enjoy, and can actually earn a living at it, are the happiest people in the world. But getting to do the things you love doesn't equate to watching movies, unless you're a film critic. You have to work at it and earn it, and a skilled rock climber could very well work harder than most, when it comes to the physicality. The mindset, the focus and the sheer enjoyment could also be something they were born with. I really enjoyed watching this.

I am so so thankful for the work that Nat geo does. Hour's of my life have been spent watching the adventures they sponsor and every second of it was fucking incredible. Thank you and props to the lucky guys and gals that get to be there, boots on the ground, living the dream. This is the best place in the solar system without a doubt.

Super cool trip. You’re living a life most of us can’t even dream of then you bring it to us. Thank you Jimmy, Alex, Hazel and the funny guy.

Mark's theory about the ship wrecked people and that's how they're language evolved is actually very plausible. What a life these guys lead....envious.

This is why it is so very important that we push our kids into following their dreams as well as helping them accomplish them no matter how off the wall they may seem. Hazel has an amazing father who has encoraged her, and look what she's accomplished. I think 99.999% of British climbers, male and female would have loved to walk in her footsteps. What a fantastic life.

Their language and thoughts are so measured. I get the feeling they are just deeply locked in to the present all the time and have a real spiritual connection between their mind and body.

John Russell that or they value their job so much that they over think every word in an effort not to piss of Nat geo. I love these peeps, and Nat geo, but i get a strong sense that they know they are living the dream and they're disposable and this could all be takin away if the powers that be decide it's time to switch things up. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm not

They are very satisfied with their life because no matter what there isn't such a rewarding job like that. I regret going to technology because there is so much complexity which just makes my hair grey.
@GuinessOriginal6 жыл бұрын
Steve B you think that they're climbing because someone told them they could? Please
@R1FamilyR16 жыл бұрын
Guinness I guarantee they are climbing specifically for Nat because they get paid. My comment was old but I believe half the conversion is now gone. Not that I need to clarify but there was a reason. And if you watch the video its even hinted at in a funny serious way. It's whatever tho

I recently just started watching rock climbing about 2 weeks ago and I have never in my life been more freaked out watching all the different ascensions being implemented . I can`t seem to get enough watching them as my mind recoils in horror as I watch people contort their bodies on theses mountains and cliff faces . My hands are constantly soaked from sweat watching these astounding acts . Cheers

It's kind of f***** up that a man's career and a whole journey and a whole excursion can be made or broken with the nod of one man sitting in an office and that a couple of pictures and a smile can change the whole fate of people

As this seems to be an ad for North Face, who want people to jet around having adventures , then North Face should realise that they are responsible for encouraging others to travel in jets, which habit is overheating the planet.
