I used the standard height of a basketball net (10ft) as a reference, measuring the horizontal and vertical displacements respectively as ~15ft & 25 ft, recording a flight time of 0.75s, using basic kinematics to derive horizontal and vertical velocities of ~22.7 & 29.9 mph respectively, leaving with an initial speed of about 32 mph. While you were definitely closer in your estimate, I think you need to be more respectful in your responses. Try again.
