Yeah man, each one has your one special value, everyone would be missed, and there is no replacement. It's unfortunate that he had to step away, but he had to do it for he's on personal reasons, so we can't be mad about that, we need to be supportive especially if you like him. It's not going to be the same without him, but we can learn to enjoy the show as it's now, it's a different show. It's all right to miss him but it doesn't mean the show is bad, and maybe giving the time needed to Joe, we'll see him back.

I know this is difficult because Eric Andre is much more of a well recognized face in general.. but his sense of humor is such a great addition to this mix. Nothing can replace Joe, but this is a great attempt either way.

I thought this episode was funnier than most of the episodes they did for the first part of season 9. It's like Joe leaving rejuvinated something in the other 3. They look like they're coming in fresh with new life. Last season and a half they kind of looked like they were just phoning in a lot of stuff.
