IMPRESSIVE Thin Blue Line Flag With Badge - [Onefinity CNC]

Like many of my cnc router projects, this one was a custom blue line flag. It was a commissioned project that was donated to a local police department. It is one of my favorite builds to date. love that flag effect you got going. I just made my first wavy flag yesterday. Think i need to glue backing, like you did. thx for showing me that. great vid BTW i love the fact you put all your bits on video +1 sub keeping my eye on you:)

With your pocket tool path around the badge how did you set it up in the software. Trying to do a very similar flag but can’t figure it out. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Also great video

I created a very small outside offset around the badge and used a pocket toolpath to carve out the pocket around the badge. I hope that made sense?

If I remember correctly, I found it at Menards on clearance. However, it wouldn't be too hard to glue up your own panel of wood that size.

Well, the CNC can only do what you tell it to do with the design, and the proper tool paths. Great job!
