Posture plus strong back workout! This class will improve your posture, help un-round your shoulders, stretch your chest, and create defined back muscles. Need I say more?! Press play and let's get to it!
I am using a small stability ball you could use a yoga block, pillow, or rolled up towel in place for some exercises.

Oh my this felt soooooo good. My lower back has been really sore lately, especially by the end of the day. I feel like I need to do this daily!

Thank you very much for this workout, I love all your videos and had been hoping that you'd make one focused on posture and on strengthening the back. It'd be great if you considered filiming a back workout with the theraband: your theraband workout was really challenging. Thanks again for your videos!
