What HRM% ranges are required for the long, slow running sessions aimed to increase the aerobic base? Great content, thank you!

Zone 2 is defined as 60-70% maximum heart rate. If you don't want to make it too complicated, then the MAF method with 180 minus age to termine your heart rate is a good approach or simply so fast that you can still talk in full sentences without getting out of breath.

Just buy Jack Daniel’s running formula, or watch his lectures. Everything since is just based on that.
