I like it. Small missed opportunity, though: when Charlie told the first museum manager the King was excited because his portrait had just been restored, there was a story about it in the NYTimes, etc, he assured him "He's 400 years old." The manager said "He doesn't look 400 years old," setting him up perfectly for "Exactly, because he's just been restored."

I'm pretty sure people didn't actually think this was real, but were amused enough to go along with it. I would've gotten an autograph because why not? I... think most people probably thought it was a museum event, not the actual king. The man asking questions was probably just a bit perplexed to what was going on, but when the man said "he's 400" he laughed and moved on. And I don't mean to be rude about accented people, but his accent wasn't "American", so can we stop with this "Americans are stupid" please? Anyway, I went to a museum in my city and they did something similar with Queen Charlotte. I knew it wasn't REALLY her, but it was cool.

For the record, the individuals involved in this prank were not booted. The security officer simply was trying to make sure that they had authorization to do this. The security officer was only doing the job he was hired to do. It is a World Class facility after all.
