Not all vain people are narcissistic though. You can be into your look and still be a decent human being that is loving and kind to others. Im 45. Been modeling since I was 15. I'm pretty much retired now but I used to love modeling. Now I'm a humble housewife who's very much in love with her husband. I enjoy doing volunteer work at an animal sanctuary. And I love helping people like you understand themselves. This woman was the stereotypical vacuous pretty lady. But not all attractive people are like that. Just a heads up. Take care.

Alcohol isn't so bad. I have been drinking at the same goth bar every Friday for the last 22 years. But I wouldn't call it empty. It's not the booze that did him in. It was the coke and the fact that they were both narcissistic to begin with. You sound like you don't get around much in the world. Sorry. You should. There is so much more to the world. Not all bars are filled with vacuous people. I'm 45 and I'm also a health nut. I don't look 45. I take very good care of myself and my skin. I love reading. But they teach emotional intelligence in their schools and addiction isn't as big of an issue in those countries because they prepare their minds to fight addiction at an early age. Also I don't think you have room to talk Afghanistan has one of the worst cases of addiction to Heroin in the world. Also the most weed I've ever seen was on my visit to Morocco. So you're preaching to the wrong person. I still look very young for my age because I've taken good care of myself. Thanks though. I also know a lot about Islam. I have read the Quran. The reason Mohammed said people shouldn't drink is because he used to allow his people to drink until they lost a war due to his men drinking the night before a huge war. They lost that war and it made him upset. So he said okay no one can drink alcohol now. That's how that happened. Well yeah that would be like me drinking the night before I go to work. But I don't. I only drink alcohol once a week and I always make sure I don't have work the next day. Not my fault that other people don't know how to moderate themselves.

That adhd medication will mess you up! I tried taking it as an adult about 15 years ago and it completely changed my personality! It lowered my inhibitions and my give damn became busted! I cheated on my wife started drinking pretty heavy and even used cocaine a few times. Without the medication I knew right from wrong and understood consequences, i also had priorities and goals . Once I stopped taking the medication I was ashamed of the person I was becoming and immediately changed. I ended up getting a divorce which was inevitable even without infidelity it was doomed from the start! I have spoken to many people who experienced the same effects as I did! I’m not blaming the medication for all of my actions as I have taken responsibility long ago! I think when we medicate our children while their bodies and brains are developing it can cause issues and alter their personalities , sometimes permanently!

People without ADHD will have a VERY different reaction to dexamphetamine than someone with ADHD, so the horrendous experiences of people without ADHD on these meds should not be conflated with the experiences of people with ADHD who are using medication appropriate for their condition that improves their lives. People without ADHD should not touch dexamphetamine as their brain already has adequate dopamine levels, to people without ADHD dexamphetamine is a Euphoriant, with a high enough dose it’ll induce something similar to the euphoria of a manic episode. Just by your reaction to the medication, unless you were given some stupendously high dose (or you abused your prescription to take a dose higher than prescribed) you likely don’t have ADHD as that is not how someone with ADHD would respond to such medications. For someone with ADHD, these meds calm them down, decrease impulsivity, increases ability to sustain attention and make clearer, more thoughtful decisions, all because their dopamine-deprived brain no longer has to try resolve the dopamine-supply issue on its own. Whoever prescribed that medication to you was negligent, a psychiatrist should’ve been reviewing you frequently upon starting the medication to discern its safety/efficiency and should’ve immediately canceled the prescription in response to those side effects.

Not really. Where guns are limited in places like Australia, the same crimes occur by knife or blunt force trauma.
