BALOCHI TIKLA RECIPE
* Ingredients:
- 3 kg chicken leg and thigh pieces
- 1 cup garlic chopped
- 1 cup ginger piece chopped
- 15 green chillies
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chat masala
- 3 tbsp whole zeera
- 3 tbsp whole dhania
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp whole black pepper
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kala Namak
- 1 tsp tartaric powder
- 1 tbsp chicken powder
- 2 tbsp dry methi leaves
