I see them ever couple weeks but I’m out with a broken leg / ankle till February or March. Dana is riding a little and AGHB has a baby on the way. So, she might be out for a bit

KTM makes a factory overflow kit now that does not require drilling. Comes with everything. About $40

@@EverySingleSunday Correction on this. It will go in my 2022 GasGas EC300 (has proper frame holes) and Husky and KTM Dual Sport 4 strokes that have the smog canister up in the frame. However, on my 2023 GasGas EX250F that I just snagged, it does not have the correct holes in the frame to mount the OEM overflow kit. The IMS kit would be needed. Fugging KTM. Sigh.

How can I coolants on the IMS tank? I see you have about 1/2 tank full before you connect into radiator. Thank you for the great video!

@@EverySingleSunday I was reading the instructions for IMS coolant recovery tank installation. According to the instruction, they recommend to pre-fill the IMS recovery tank to about 1/2 full. When I was watching your video IMS tank was pre-filled with coolant was he was putting into the down pipe frame. How did you or other guy pre-filled the tank before it was bolted down? Does metal nipple as an access? Thank you and really appreciated you getting back to be so quick. Thanks

@@hannahssong gotcha. You can fill it via the tube or pre fill it. Doesn’t really matter as long as it has some room for it to boil over
