I think that Re:Zero having a character that out of context feels like Garfield cameo and in context is pretty unrelated is one of the funniest things that could happen both in Re:Zero and Garfield fandoms. Feels like a coincidence to me as a Re:Zero fan, but confuses other people a lot. Btw there is fanart of Garfield and Garfiel (yeah, his name is a bit differrent) together, or as a fusion of both, really good pieces of art actually.

The Joke is Space Jam 2 is such an insult to the original that it doesnt exist. The original is bad dont get me wrong everyone knows. But its bad in the fun way. Not the "we wanna fortnite all the WB properties we can to boost sales" marketable way. Even fortnite isnt this absurdly dumb and thats saying something. Meanwhile SJ2 had Icewalkers and The Droogs(a gang of misfit gangrapists from a Stanley Kubrick Film as references on the sideline while Peppy Le Pew was just removed from the looney toons cast entirely because he was too vulgar. So yeah. That kind of marketing dumb.
