So much of our modern day corporate literature and management speak is sissy in nature and promotes fake political correctness which doesn’t work in real life. One time he said he hasn't invested financially in his IIT, IIM education so he can take risk and he wants to take risk but he did corporate job for 9 years which he got because of his IIM tag. Aslo he says as far as real time entrepreneurship is concern IIM does not inculcate guts in you and he says failure does not teaches you anything but still he wants to play dangerous side. He says his investors does not know anything they will get out immediately if there is something wrong but he himself said there is nothing in failure so why so dismissive about investors. My own take is fear of failure always keeps you alive, always opens you to learn about your mistake before they torn you, always keep you open to feedback from customers,

I like Ashneer Grover in general, very wisely. But many times I am taken aback by loose words he uses in between. He takes sharp jibes on people and where he can't use harsh words publicly, he would be sarcastic. Seriously didn't see leaders in such language. I worked with top leaders who are gracefull in language and action both. Would rarely criticise others
