How I wish if he was really the man for the job, because I was one of them who really needed him to become our next manager, because of his playing style. But I'm far from being convinced now. To be fair to him, we don't have a squad. We have many players but there is really no depth. They are just robbing the club of all those wages or tarnishing the badge. There are a lot of players that need to depart, they are just not good enough, especially in attitude. The truth is, in order for Sir Jim to get this club back on the right path, he will have to make ruthless decisions. The whole operation of the club needs a reformation. We should just start from scratch. But at the same time, the ones that have inflicted all these deadly damages on the club are still here. I don't know what more could they possibly want from us. This club has been lost since the retirement of Sr Alex. We have no direction and no identity. And he's highlighting injuries, but most of the senior players have been crap this season. So why not give more chances to the youths who are hungrier and more passionate and have a point to prove? Look what Amad did vs Liverpool, and have you given him another chance afterwards? Even Pellistri is a wonderful talent. And why not get back our boy Greenwood? Only a few in the world that can match up to his finishing ability. He's way better than anyone we have at the club in general in terms of finishing. This club is in ruins!! The MEDICAL TEAM needs a shake up. We don't just need to replace our lazy, old and injury prone players. The Medical Team have shown incompetence in that they can advise our Manager to let go of Sergio Reguillon on thr promise that Malacia will be fit. Malacia is not fit months after we released Reguilon. Players are getting injured left right and centre. What do they wake up every day to do at Manchester United?

Even if he didn't have the best team, but the philosophy of the playing style is missing. The fans are concerned with so many issues that has very little to do with best 11 available. Alonso at Bayer Leverkusen doesn't have the best team in Europe, but we can clearly see what his playing style is!. Aston villa doesn't have the best team, but we can see what they are trying to achieve. Arsenal past few seasons were not having best teams but we understood where they are going. For example number of shots allowed this season in every game has nothing to do with best Defence available, it's more about basic principles of defending.

I wouldn't blame the medical staff for injuries. The trainers either train correctly or they dont. The Med staff only repair. United is not the only team with injuries at this time of year. How about consider how many matches they now have to play? The Champions league and World Cup have added matches in their tournaments. The FA have said no more replays, not a bad idea when you look at the number of games these players are being asked to play.

I feel sorry for ETH but he signed up for this and I don't think he has the answer how to fix this unless the owners back him in building a squad he wants. Unfortunately I don't believe INEOS have any intention of allowing ETH in getting rid of big problem players, so he has to continue playing them which eventually will continue the vicious cycle of Manager getting sacked before players.
