A very good recipe for Tinda vegetable. Add to your recipe book. I used Tinda for the first time and went rhrough various recipes and then selected this. I used sunflower oil and also less oil and yet the final preparation was good. I also added a few big pieces of two medium tomatoes .

We found 3 tindas in the fresh vegetable section at our Indian Store - which was very very rare. Of course we bought all 3 and made them for lunch with your recipe. Came out delicious ... just like my mother used to make them. Thank you for sharing!

भाई टिंडे बिना सौंफ के बनाने का मतलब बिना छौंक की दाल..! याद रखो छौंक में इतने टिंडे में छोटी 1-चम्मच सौंफ जरूर डालें। राजस्थान में ये सब्जी बहुत खायी जाती है।
