Good review I’ve seen much negative waffle about this kit it’s what it is it’s a big kit buy it build it or don’t bother it’s just a great kit and I’m a Railway modeller 👌😎 Fred

Thanks Fred - I even went down to Newhaven to have a good look at the manufacturing process and it really is impressive. Quality is excellent and detail just great - couldn’t want for more. The price is outstanding value for money. GC

spit 9 been in some on-line simulators well balanced version of the spit better engine not as weak as 1A after spit 9 the engines got bigger and bigger don't know what that did to the aerodynamics but I can guess

The oil canning effect is handy because it can hide the all present AF sinkage!

The oil canning is subtle and looks very good in the flesh - didn't see any shrinkage on this kit, unlike some of the previous releases in the light bluey/grey plastic - the plastic this time is much more like the very good main brands. GC
