Always remember the battle is the Lord’s. I saw my husband recently die from cancer and now he feels no more pain, happy with Jesus. I still struggle to know why people say rest in peace? And the dead in Christ will go first in the Rapture? Does your spirit go first? Testimonies from people who died and came back to their bodies. I hope to have someone explain that to me. My history is very very similar. My father also before he passed away told my mother and sisters he had an encounter with Jesus. He never told me that and that made me feel sad. I should've asked but I waited for him to tell me, he's gone 3 years now and I am extremely grateful to JESUS, GOD THE FATHER AND THE HOLY SPIRIT for the incredible gift of salvation through the cross! My mother and older sister are now believers, I'm still working on the youngest and my nephew. Prayers please! God is so good and merciful I cry often. Blessings to you!
