Qatar has not found any way of reaching to people who are suffering and praying for the war to stop Qatar is being simply used by the west as an informal arrangement that has no sanctity and recognition by the UN etc. US used Qatar in a way that allowed US to decamp from Afg overnight. Qatar aided and sheltered Hamas leadership and has zero leverage over them when it comes to obtaining justice for the people who are suffering.
