The comment at around 19:40 in the video is why I'm glad I placed my order with them. Understanding that sometimes smaller companies can produce more valuable work than scaled companies. Also, Chauffeur companies most certainly do buy these for executive transportation.

what people want is tank fill with fresh water be inside the cabin behind sliding door. It secures the fresh water tank that way.

I built 2, 1 Dodge, 1 Ford, b class, from bare bones and I'm too old to do it again. I am however going to buy a specific cargo chassis from Mercedes Benz and then have ModVans put in the units that I'd like. Seriously 60 is kicking my butt but no one makes a great Bachelorette unit. In my younger days I outfitted Venture vans and Good Time vans. Wire harnesses and help start Flex Steel seats was my thing. Still sewing and about to design a Hobby Van....

Great video. I'd like to see them getting into more home/Van automation with respect to your onboard sensors and systems. Customers who may want to upgrade the onboard SBC or even do some customization and add in additional features. If i'm spending thousands of $$ I want everything to last as long as I'd like.

Great video Hank. I would suggest maybe using wireless mics. Maybe you considered this already. Some parts were hard to hear. Always learn some new stuff.

Really enjoyed the video, Hank, Lola and Ron. Well worth watching the entire tour. Learned so much about the manufacturing process, especially concerning the Patriot. (I know exactly what color plan I want to order.) There was so much info about technical issues. (Too bad we couldn't have seen the seamstresses at work.) My only real disappointment was that there was no coverage about the galley. I'd like to know about the countertop and galley features, especially the sink. For instance: Is the sink porcelain or another product. Is it a separately installed unit or is it an integrated part of the Corian countertop? Also would like more info about the galley sink faucet and the induction cooktop. Thanks again for making the factory tour available for us.

Mr Strange. I love your videos. But there is something that the RV industry has all wrong when it comes to class B RVs. The manufacturer of the chasis should take top billing. The fact that it is American Coach or Airstream should take second billing. When I am looking for a van, the first thing I want to know is whether I am looking at a Ram, a Benz or a Ford.

Hank, great videos brother. Trying to figure out cold climate camping with luxury vans vs having to buy a military looking RV for 4seasons. Are the waterlines inside on the Midwest vans? Are the holding tanks heated?

I was hoping it was the angle of the camera but the 2nd time thru I knew it wasn’t. The seatcoverings are beautiful and sewn beautifully but why don’t they line up? Everything is so meticulous, I have to wonder why the same care was not placed on the seat coverings. It’s so distracting.

1:18:46 Those rear bench seats. They are against the wall in the video, but if they weren',t could they have different levels of recline like the front seat?

Need tiltable solar if you are serious about lithium, especially on the shorty. Scrap the extra weight and wind resistance of the mostly useless “luggage rack” and put an electric tilt-able solar mechanism instead. That’s what I’m doing and it’s going over my rooftop air condition to leave room for one or two very large dual pane glass skylights, one of which will be operable and allow easy roof access from inside, thus requiring you only to climb 6 feet instead of 9. The Owl Van design is stupid. The first accessible rung on their ladder is 5 feet off the ground due to the spare tire.

Just an observation...the employee that was building seats at about the 1hr 16min mark is wearing a mask as the employees in the background...there are no other employees within 10 to 20 feet, so why the mask?
