i used to produce a ton on FL years ago. this is really inspiring me to get back into it. still need to get all my plugins and samples transferred from my old production computer to my new laptop. old computer had completely broke down so it will be a pain :(

@ 8:25 when you set the audio clips to stretch instead of resample , it wont shrink when changing the bpm

thanks so much! ive really been anting to make witch house of my own, it can be so expressive and dark and pretty. Not many tutorials so if you made more i would be stoked. Im using reason but it seems everybody is using FL. Is it better for this genre or just more common? which FL studio would you recommend? cheers.

Do you have a daw preference for witch house ? I can’t decide between ableton or fl studio I’m almost willing to get both but just curious. I’d be a blank slate to either one regardless. Love the series man!

Thank you! I prefer FL Studio because it’s what I’ve always used personally! Ableton is better for sample work though I’ve heard

Yo, so I don’t use Ableton but you’re literally just slowing your audio down! It should definitely be possible in most DAWs Idk the specifics, but any tool you can use in Ableton that changes both bpm and pitch of a sample will get you to this same result! Hope that helps :)
