This is his high pitch screaming he has done for many years now. The way he has growled since 2000.. I like it, also deeper growling from Jester Race/Whoracle ofc. The vocals that annoys me are the ones at the two latest albums, on most of the songs the screaming sounds like screams and cleans at the same time.

@Heart Connected Everyone seems to have a different opinion on when their downfall started. Some of the oldschool fans say Clayman is where it started. Yea..Clayman. I say no way to that. Most people say Reroute to Remain, because they simplified their riffs and added a lot more synth. Then there are those who say Come Clarity was where it began, to which I also disagree. Come Clarity was just a continuation of the same sound they displayed on Reroute, and Soundtrack with a few additional clean vocals. A Sense of Purpose is where I think the downfall truly began. That's where they really started stripping away the overall heaviness from their sound. The Whoracle/Colony/Clayman era will always be "prime" In Flames for me.

@@Metal4Life56 I fully agree with you here, Clayman is my personal favorite In Flames album, and also in my opinion the heaviest. I love ASOP but that's when they started having really flat metal core tone. I do enjoy newer In Flames (except for the Clayman rerecordings) also I love Come Clarity.
