These meals are normally heavily shared than normal, as more food is on the menu than regular. Cook outs are regularly held on month end Fridays, as this is the day most Jamaican gets paid.
Today, I'm at Boundbrook Port Antonio, at Daporado's food spot.
Here's what's on the menu for his Cook out. (Fish, shrimp, pork, jerk Hog head, curry chicken, jerk chicken, rice and peas, goat soup (Manish water) conch soup with river shrimps, roast breadfruit, OXTAIL, curry goat, salt pork, ackee and saltfish plus more!
